South Tyneside Cultural Partnership and Create North are hosting a spring beach party on Friday 17^th June at 10.30am until noon for artists and creative practitioners living and working around South Tyneside.

To celebrate South Tyneside Business Week we want to bring you all together in the lovely, ozone-drenched, big-skied setting of Sandhaven. We’ll bring tea, coffee and cake and we’ll all join together to make an installation on the beach. The party will be an exploration of ideas and opportunities deriving from South Tyneside’s amazing coast, a place to wield a geological hammer, explore industrial and maritime heritage, show off rare wildlife, or entertain the crowds on fantastic beaches.

So create space to get away from the routine of keeping your practice running, and think afresh about new ideas for products and services, along with fellow creatives .

Remember to bring your bucket and spade!
