We’re hosting this event at the beautiful Bowes Museum. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Places on these workshops will be limited to ensure that everyone attending will be able to participate fully and that time will be invested in thinking about the specific needs of individuals
During the thrive and Grow workshop we’ll be:
- making use of creative techniques such as storyboarding and mind mapping
- taking a look at diagnostic tools and business growth models
- showcasing examples of innovative thinking that has lead to the creation of new products and services
- building a picture of the creative business landscape and identifying market trends and opportunities
- providing information about funding
- introducing you to the County Council Arts Team and other important local and national networks
- By the conclusion of the Thrive & Grow workshops you will have drafted your own business progression plan.
The events represent the start of an exciting new 12 month programme for creative businesses in County Durham which will include a mix of workshops, mentoring and coaching, creative retreats, and artist-lead workshops and talks.
