This Free workshop is for creative practitioners and organisations living or working in South Tyneside 

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an internationally renowned facilitated process used by organisations across the world to generate innovative ideas for business improvement.

Having been developed by Lego for their own internal use in the mid–90s, and seen as key to their subsequent success, it is used by organisations around the world to encourage creative thinking, enhance communication, and to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems. It is a very flexible methodology and can be used to understand and address issues such as:

• Understanding Customer Needs
• Developing an Innovation Strategy
• Creating an Innovation Culture
• Managing Change and Conflict
• Enhancing Teamworking

Workshop leader Terry McStea of Design Network North is an accredited LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitator. He will guide us through a series of creative steps that will take us on a ‘journey’ of discovery, helping us to reach our full potential to model how to make the most of the opportunities around us to build our creative practices and generate income from our work.

Participation will help you to shape the programme to your needs from the outset.

This workshop is part of the Making the Most of South Tyneside initiative, a professional development programme for creative practitioners living or working in South Tyneside. The programme has been commissioned by the South Tyneside Cultural Partnership and funded by South Tyneside Cultural Development.
